ZMB is an essential mineral/vitamin combination providing Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6. Zinc and Magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal bones and have a role in the process of cell division.*

Zinc and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.* Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function.*

Ingredients: Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), Magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, capsule shell [gelatine, colours (titanium dioxide, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, indigotine)], glazing agent (shellac), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide)], bulking agent (cellulose gel), zinc sulphate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules a day.
