Shipping Policy

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday–Saturday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery (Zone 1 — Mainland UK) Delivered via DPD within 1–3 business days.

  • Up to 1.9kg — £5.70
  • 1.9kg and above — £6.20

UK Delivery (Zone 2 — Scottish Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly) Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 2–4 business days.

  • Up to 7kg — £5.59
  • Orders above 7kg cannot be shipped to Zone 2 locations.

Exclusions — We currently do not ship to: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands (Guernsey/Jersey), Switzerland, Norway, Poland, or any address outside the United Kingdom.

Tracking A tracking link will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries: Undelivered or refused packages returned to our warehouse may incur a return-to-sender handling fee.
