Ingredients: 87.4% ZMA (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate (L-OptiZinc), zinc aspartate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatine, colour: titanium dioxide E171).

Recommended Use: Men: 3 capsules a day, women: 2 capsules a day, 30-60 minutes before bedtime or otherwise. For best results, avoid taking foods or supplements containing high amounts of calcium.

Recommended Daily Portion: 3 capsules.
