Women's Multi-Vitamin Recommended Use:
Adult Use: Take 2 tablets daily after a meal, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician.

Warnings:
Consult a physician if hypersensitive to thiamin (vitamin B1), niacin, and vitamin B12. Temporary flushing such as warmth, itching, or redness of the skin are common reactions that may occur.
