Terms of service

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These Terms of Service apply when you visit amvibe.co.uk or purchase products from AM Vibe. Please read them before placing an order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK consumer law.

1. About AM Vibe

AM Vibe is the trading name of AM Shipping Network Ltd. We are the retailer responsible for orders placed through this website and your contract is with AM Shipping Network Ltd.

2. Eligibility and use of this website

By using this website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you place an order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use automated systems in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the website, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

These terms are primarily intended for consumers purchasing for personal use. If you wish to purchase for resale, commercial use or in unusually large quantities, please contact us before ordering.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability information are accurate. Images are provided for illustration, and colours, packaging, labels or minor presentation details may vary from those shown.

Manufacturers may change ingredients, formulations, packaging, warnings or nutritional information. You must read the label supplied with the product before using it. If information on the physical product differs from information on our website, follow the physical product label and contact us if you need assistance.

Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order. We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including to protect availability, prevent fraud or address supplier restrictions.

Supplements and health information

Information on this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Follow the directions and warnings supplied with each product. If you have an allergy or medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices shown to UK consumers include applicable VAT unless the website clearly states otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown before you confirm your order.

We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item before dispatch. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled item, we will refund it using the original payment method.

5. Placing an order

Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review and correct the products, quantities, delivery information and total price.

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in that order. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched, whichever occurs first. Each dispatched item may form a separate contract where an order is supplied in more than one shipment.

Please ensure that your email address, telephone number, billing information and delivery address are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, although this does not affect responsibility that the law places on us.

6. Refusing or cancelling an order

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • the price or product information contains an obvious error;
  • we cannot deliver to the address provided;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity;
  • the order breaches an applicable quantity, product or delivery restriction; or
  • accepting the order would breach a legal or regulatory obligation.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the cancelled amount using the original payment method. We will not refuse or cancel orders for an unlawful or discriminatory reason.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment methods may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers and may be subject to the provider’s additional terms.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment may be authorised or collected when you submit the order. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

If a payment is declined, reversed or identified as potentially unauthorised, we may delay or cancel the order while the matter is investigated.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom, subject to the destinations, restrictions, charges and weight limits stated in our Shipping Policy.

Orders paid before 3:00 pm UK time on a working day will normally be dispatched that day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date with you.

Unless another delivery period is agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

We may use third-party warehouses, fulfilment providers and couriers to process and deliver orders. Your purchase remains with AM Vibe, and you should contact us if there is a delivery problem.

We may send an order in more than one parcel. You will not be charged additional delivery fees solely because we choose to split an order.

Delivery delays

If delivery is delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and inform you where appropriate. Your legal rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Risk and ownership

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or to a person identified by you to receive them. Where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier, as permitted by law.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.

9. Your right to cancel

For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel without giving a reason. The cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the courier, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel before the cancellation period expires. You can contact us using the details in section 1 or through our Contact page.

After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Complete instructions are provided in our Returns Policy.

Exceptions to cancellation rights

Cancellation rights may not apply to certain goods identified by law, including:

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and
  • goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We will apply an exception only where it is legally applicable. Your rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods are separate and remain unaffected.

10. Returns and refunds

Returned goods must be handled only as much as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may reduce a refund where the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop, where the law allows us to do so.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

Where you cancel the entire order under your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from your choice of an enhanced delivery service are not normally refundable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within the applicable statutory period. Full instructions, conditions and timescales are set out in our Returns Policy.

11. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, subject to applicable UK consumer law.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly. We may request your order number, photographs, batch information, expiry or best-before information, and photographs of the parcel and packaging so that we can investigate.

Please retain the product and packaging while the matter is being investigated. We may arrange or request a return where appropriate. Your legal rights against AM Vibe do not depend on whether a courier, supplier or fulfilment provider reimburses us.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory remedies, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and the applicable law.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may have additional eligibility requirements, expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum-spend requirements or limits on use. Unless stated otherwise:

  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • only one discount code may be used per order;
  • a discount applies only to eligible products;
  • delivery charges are excluded from percentage discounts; and
  • discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an error, fraud, abuse or another legitimate reason, but this will not affect orders already accepted unless permitted by law.

13. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, layout, graphics, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to AM Shipping Network Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Brand names, product images, descriptions and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape or commercially exploit website content without permission from the relevant rights owner, except where the law permits.

14. Third-party services and links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or use services supplied by third parties, including payment, review, communication, analytics and delivery providers.

We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party websites that we do not control. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. Please review the terms and privacy information of a third-party service before using it.

15. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, it must be honest, relevant and based on your genuine experience. It must not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, fraudulent or contain another person’s confidential or personal information without permission.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, platform rules or these terms. We will not knowingly present a review as verified unless we have a reasonable basis to do so.

16. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. A loss is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or if both parties knew it might happen when the contract was formed.

We supply products for private consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings or business interruption where you use products for commercial purposes contrary to the intended consumer nature of the transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of your statutory consumer rights; or
  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. This does not remove any obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning delayed delivery.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and reduce the disruption. Where required by law, you may cancel the affected contract and receive a refund for goods not supplied.

18. Privacy and cookies

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.

19. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us using the details in section 1 and include your order number where applicable. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints as promptly as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this complaints procedure prevents you from exercising your legal rights or seeking an available remedy through a court or another competent body.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, our services or our business practices. The version displayed when your order is accepted will normally apply to that order.

Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights under a contract already formed unless the law permits the change and we have a valid reason to make it.

21. Transfer of rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation where this does not reduce your legal rights. We will tell you in writing if a transfer materially affects you.

You may transfer your rights under these terms where the law permits. We may require reasonable evidence that the person receiving those rights agrees to the transfer.

22. Severability and waiver

Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If a court or competent authority decides that any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If we delay enforcing a right, that does not mean we have waived it. A waiver concerning one event does not automatically apply to another event.

23. Governing law and courts

These terms and contracts formed through this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory rights concerning governing law or jurisdiction.
