Natural: Whey protein concentrate (from milk), thickener: cellulose gum, emulsifier: lecithin and anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Strawberry Cheesecake and Vanilla: Whey protein concentrate (from milk), flavourings, thickener: cellulose gum, sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame potassium, emulsifier: lecithin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide and colouring agents: carotenes. The Strawberry Cheesecake label also lists acidity regulator: citric acid.

Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving, approximately 30 g or 1½ scoops, in 150 ml of water or milk. Take 1 to 3 servings per day. If you need the prepared drink to remain lactose-free, use water or lactose-free milk rather than ordinary milk.
