Recommended Use
Mix 30 g (approximately 2 scoops) with 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. The supplied directions recommend 3 servings daily (90 g total): on training days, in the morning, within 1.5 hours after training and at bedtime; on non-training days, in the morning, between meals and at bedtime. Follow the directions on your packaging and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
