Magnesium bisglycinate 20% (buffered), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), zinc bisglycinate, vegan vitamin D3 100,000 IU/g (cholecalciferol) [corn syrup, maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides, arabic gum, modified starch, sunflower, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, tocopherol-rich extract], disodium tetraborate decahydrate, lubricant (magnesium stearate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin K2 from natto (menaquinone-7).
