Ingredients: Vitamin C, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), citrus bioflavonoids, capsule shell: gelatine, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides. May contain egg, soy, sesame, nut, celery and gluten derivatives.

Recommended use: One serving a day. One serving is 1g of the product (1/2 of a flat, small teaspoon) dissolved in 200ml of water or juice.

Warnings: This product is intended for people over 18 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a diversified diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. High amount of vitamin C.
