Recommended use: Take 1 capsule of VITA-PLEX SPORT and 1 capsule of CHELA-MIN SPORT once a day after your main meal, with a large amount of water. The product is designed for physically active, especially active sportsmen.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not use other vitamin and mineral preparations at the same time you are using this product.
