Ingredients: Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCl), Folate (Folic Acid), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Iodine (from Potassium Iodide), Zinc (from L-OptiZinc - Zinc L-Methionine Complex), Selenium (from L-Selenomethionine), Copper (from Copper Amino Acid Chelate), L-tyrosine (free form), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (Root and Leaf) (standardized Extract (min. 2.5% Withanolides)), capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose; bulking agent: fatty acids and anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. May contain: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.
