Ingredients: Guarana Extract (Paullinia Cupana) (22% Caffeine), L-Carnitine Tartrate, of which L-Carnitine, Caffeine, Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) (55% EGCG), L-Tyrosine, Green Coffee Extract (Coffea robusta) (50% ACG), Grapefruit Extract (Citrus paradisi) (98% Naringerin), Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum) (95% Piperine), Chromium, Capsule shell (gelatine, colours - titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides), anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Recommended use: Take a single serving of the product - 2 tablets and drink 300 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily, at best 30 min. before a meal or a training session.
