Recommended Use
Assess your tolerance before use according to the titration schedule below. Once tolerance is confirmed, take 1 serving (2 capsules) with breakfast and 1 serving (2 capsules) with lunch. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise. Drink 8–10 glasses of water per day.
