Recommended Use: Mix 10g (1 scoop) in 200ml or 20g (2 scoops) in 400ml of cold water. Do not take more than 20g as a serving per day. Important: Please always start your dose below using the Muscle Bomb as part of your diet and training regime. To this, please stir by consuming a standard 10ml (or less) dose.
Warnings: To avoid desensitisation, discontinue use of this product after 12 weeks of use and take a 4 week break before resuming use. Recommended consumption is up to 30g of product in a day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
