Ingredients
Creatine malate (tri-creatine malate), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule shell: gelatine.

Directions
Take two capsules twice daily with plenty of water—before breakfast and after training, or before sleep. Do not exceed four capsules per day.
