Ingredients: Inactivated Lactobacillus bulgaricus combined with magnesium citrate, sodium molybdate (providing molybdenum), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine Hcl), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), inositol, zinc citrate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), ferrous fumarate (providing iron), potassium iodide (providing iodine), vitamin B1 (as thiamin Hcl), chromium III chloride, manganese chloride, folic acid (as folate), vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), beta carotene combined with carrot concentrate, inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae (combined with selenium), para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), vitamin B3 (as niacinamide), choline and biotin, citrus bioflavonoids, bulking agent: fatty acids; anti-caking agent: calcium silicate; thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, cellulose gum; tablet coating (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, humectant: glycerol).

Recommended use:
2 tablets daily, or a lower dose if combined with another multi, or take as directed by a practitioner.
