Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

Ingredients
L-taurine, creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate, creatine hydrochloride, creatine gluconate, citrulline malate, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavourings, silicon dioxide, cellulose, citric acid, sucralose, sodium citrate, acesulfame K, magnesium creatine chelate, beta-alanine, alpha-lipoic acid and fenugreek extract. Colours and flavouring ingredients vary by flavour.
Allergen information: Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soya, egg, nuts, peanuts, fish, crustaceans and wheat.
Recommended use
Mix one scoop (approximately 9.4g) with about 300ml of water or another suitable beverage. On training days, take one serving before training and one serving after training. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
