The kola nut contributes 3 mg caffeine-group alkaloids and the green tea contributes less than 1 mg caffeine-group alkaloids per capsule, in addition to the declared caffeine anhydrous.
Ingredients
Proprietary blend (kola nut seeds, yerba mate, Cassia mimosoides extract [leaves, stems and pods], white willow bark), caffeine anhydrous, Tri-GuggLyptoid3 Complex (green tea, guggulsterone whole plant, Gymnema sylvestre leaves), dextrose, gelatin capsule, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate), titanium dioxide, colours (tartrazine, Brilliant Blue FCF, Sunset Yellow FCF).
Note: Tartrazine and Sunset Yellow FCF may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Directions
Take 1 capsule after a meal. Do not take more than 3 capsules in 24 hours.
