Unless otherwise advised by your doctor, we suggest taking 2 capsules per day: one capsule twice a day, after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Ingredients:
Sodium butyrate, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), bulking agent: cellulose, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glazing agent: ethyl cellulose.

Recommended Use:
2 capsules (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening, after a meal).
