Recommended Use

Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml cold water and consume 15 minutes before exercise. The label advises a maximum of 1 serving per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 800mg EGCG per day or use other green tea products on the same day.
