Whey protein concentrate from milk, flavour-specific ingredients, emulsifier (soy lecithin), thickener (xanthan gum), rapeseed oil and sweeteners including acesulfame-K and sucralose. Recommended Use
Mix 1 scoop of powder (30g) with approximately 200ml of water or milk and shake well. As a food supplement, take 1 scoop daily. On training days, consume 1 scoop immediately after your workout. On non-training days, consume 1 scoop after waking.
