Shadowhey Isolate Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving of powder (30g) with 250 ml of cold water or skimmed milk and shake well. As a food supplement, take 1 scoop daily: On workout days consume 1 scoop immediately after your workout. On non-workout days take 1 scoop right on waking.
