SUPER Pump Vasodilators (L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, L-Citrulline Malate, L-Arginine Malate, ViNitrox™ grape fruit extract (Vitis vinifera) and apple fruit extract (Malus pumila)), AGGRESSIVE Energy Maximizer (Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Grapefruit Fruit Extract (Citrus paradisi) standardised to 98% Naringenin), WORKOUT Creatine Surge (Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Citrate in the 200 g formula; Creatine Monohydrate, Tri-Creatine Malate and Creatine Ethyl Ester in the 400 g formula), Flavourings, Acidity Regulators (Malic Acid, Citric Acid), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), and Sweetener (Sucralose).

Recommended Use

Dissolve 5–15 g (1–2 scoops) in 100–200 ml of water using a shaker. Take approximately 30 minutes before training. Begin with 5 g and increase to 10 g as required, depending on exercise intensity and sensitivity to the supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.

Warnings

Contains caffeine and has a strong stimulating effect. Do not take before bedtime. Not suitable for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient, have circulatory-system problems or are sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol or with other products containing caffeine or ingredients with a similar effect. Naringenin may affect the intestinal absorption and temporary metabolism of some medicines; consult a healthcare professional if taking medication. A single intake of beta-alanine above 800 mg may cause temporary tingling or numbness. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
