Freedom Rocks uses the Thinkamine version of RYSE Loaded Pre. This high-stimulant pre-workout combines L-citrulline and beta-alanine with choline, fast- and delayed-release caffeine, theobromine, L-theanine and vincamine. The 420 g tub provides 30 servings.

Ingredients

L-citrulline, beta-alanine, choline bitartrate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, caffeine anhydrous, delayed-release caffeine (ZümXR®), theobromine, L-theanine, vincamine (Thinkamine™), malic acid, natural and artificial flavourings, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium and permitted colours. Always check the supplied pack before use because formulations can change.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (14 g) with 295–355 ml (10–12 fl oz) of water and consume 15–30 minutes before exercise. Beginners should start with ½ scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 serving in 24 hours.

Warnings

High caffeine content: 390 mg per serving. For healthy adults aged 18 years and over only. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, anyone trying to become pregnant, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products or stimulants. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience rapid or irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, tremors, severe headache or nausea.
