Loaded Pre is a high-stimulant pre-workout powder for experienced adult users. This Cognizin formula combines L-citrulline and beta-alanine with fast- and delayed-release caffeine, citicoline, theobromine and L-theanine. Flavour-specific serving weights differ, but every tub provides 30 servings.

Ingredients
L-citrulline, beta-alanine, caffeine anhydrous, citicoline (Cognizin®), delayed-release caffeine (ZümXR®), theobromine and L-theanine. Other ingredients vary by flavour and can include malic acid, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, natural and artificial flavourings, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium and permitted colours. Always check the selected flavour's label before use because colour and flavour systems can differ.
Directions
Mix 1 level scoop with 295–355 ml (10–12 fl oz) of water and consume 15–30 minutes before exercise. Beginners should start with ½ scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 serving in 24 hours.
Warnings
High caffeine content: 390 mg per serving. For healthy adults aged 18 years and over only. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, anyone trying to become pregnant, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products or stimulants. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience rapid or irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, tremors, severe headache or nausea.
