Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, betaine anhydrous, magnesium creatine chelate (MagnaPower®), malic acid, citric acid, natural and artificial flavouring, creatine hydrochloride, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, calcium potassium phosphate citrate (Calci-K®), adenosine 5′-triphosphate disodium (PeakATP®), sodium bicarbonate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium).
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 10–12 fl oz (approximately 300–355 ml) of water or your preferred beverage. Consume once daily on both training and non-training days, with plenty of water. Adjust the amount of liquid to taste. Do not exceed 1 serving in 24 hours.
