Recommended Use
Take one portion approximately 30 minutes before training. Below 75 kg, use 6 g with 100 ml of water. At 75–90 kg, use 12 g with 200 ml of water. Over 90 kg, use 18 g with 300 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Warnings
High caffeine content: 100 mg per 6 g portion, 200 mg per 12 g portion or 300 mg per 18 g portion. Not recommended for children, young people, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions, hypertension or sensitivity to any ingredient. Do not combine with other caffeine products or alcohol. Do not use before bedtime or during the hours preceding sleep. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Permissible lumping does not affect product quality.
