The amount of bromelain contained in the product is 2500 GDU/g. A daily serving provides as much as 500 mg of quercetin, which is extracted from 6,000 mg of Japanese pearl flowers, and 200 mg of bromelain, which is extracted from 3,000 mg of edible pineapple fruit.

500 mg of quercetin was obtained from 6000 mg of Sophora japonica flower, 200 mg of bromelain was obtained from 3000 mg of pineapple fruit.

*GDU (Gelatin Digesting Units) - a unit of measurement used to determine the enzymatic activity of bromelain.

Ingredients: Quercetin dihydrate from Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica) flower, bromelain from pineapple (Ananas comosus) fruit, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

Recommended Use: 2 capsules, after a meal.
