Ingredients

Magnesium (magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide), D-aspartic acid (DAA), capsule shell (gelatine, colours: iron oxides and hydroxides), zinc (zinc gluconate, zinc oxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Allergen advice: May contain milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Directions

Take 1 capsule with 300ml of water once daily, preferably 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
