Ingredients:
Protein Blend 72% [soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (milk), calcium caseinate (milk), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), micronized creatine monohydrate 5%, flavourings, salt, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), thickener (cellulose gum)]. May contain egg, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean and sulphur dioxide containing foods.

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 level scoop) product with 300 - 350 ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days, take 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and an other serving between meals. On resting days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.

Warnings:
