Recommended Use
Mix one serving (30g / 2 scoops) with 200ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Take up to 3 servings daily.
- On workout days: 1st serving in the morning, 2nd serving within 1.5 hours of your workout, 3rd serving at bedtime
- On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving at bedtime
Recommended daily portion: 90g (3 servings).
