Directions

Patch test before first use: apply a small amount to the inner elbow and leave for 5 minutes. If redness or irritation occurs, do not use. Apply a thin layer directly to the biceps and triceps 5–10 minutes before training. Massage in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Reapply if required. Close the cap tightly after use and wipe down any equipment that comes into contact with the product.
