Palatinose: A branded formula of palatinose, which is one of the slowly absorbed sugars with a low glycaemic index. It helps to control fluctuations in insulin levels, thus improving fat oxidation during exercise and prolonging energy delivery. Additionally, it is the first non-cariogenic carbohydrate, gentle on the teeth. Palatinose is based exclusively on sucrose from sugar beet. It is 100% vegan, kosher and non-GMO.

Cocomineral: Is an instantised powdered coconut water extract that replenishes minerals lost through sweat. It is rich in potassium, which helps with normal muscle function and blood pressure.

Aquamin: Is a natural source of minerals from algae, rich in calcium, magnesium and natural marine extracts.

Recommended Use:
