L-glutamine, L-histidine, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-valine, essential amino acid blend (23%; including 7.5% L-leucine, 3.75% L-isoleucine, 3.75% L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-histidine and L-methionine), maize maltodextrin (22%), potato maltodextrin (19.6%), waxy maize maltodextrin (19.4%), citric acid, L-glutamine (3.75%), acidity regulator: dipotassium phosphate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, flavouring, sodium chloride, colour varies by flavour: beta-carotene (Fresh Orange) or betanin (Tropical Punch); emulsifier: soya lecithins; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose and steviol glycosides.
