Ingredients:
81% potassium citrate (potassium), capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day during a meal, with sufficient amount of water.
