Glutamine comprises more than 20% of the amino acids in your body and during training it's used for various metabolic functions, including producing energy. A hard training session can result in muscles losing up to 50% of their glutamine stores. That's why we've designed Platinum 100% Glutamine, to help replenish what's lost during intense exercise.

What is in?

Platinum 100% Glutamine - 300g

Food Supplement with L-Glutamine in Powdered Form.

Ingredients:
L-Glutamine, L-Glutamine (100%). Processed in a facility that also handles sulphites, cereals containing gluten, crustacs, eggs, fish, soybs, milk and mustard ingredients.

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 250 ml of cold water and consume once daily. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.

Warnings:
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose or use for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
