Directions
Mix 1–2 scoops with 240–355 ml of water and drink approximately 30 minutes before training. If bodyweight is 73 kg (160 lb) or less, use 1 scoop. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Minor clumping can occur naturally; use within 3 months of opening for best quality.
