Performance Protein Other Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate (Milk, Soy), Whey Protein Hydrolysate (Milk), Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Lemon Meringue flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Xanthan Gum (Thickening Agent). This product contains Milk and Soy no other allergens have been added. However this product is manufactured on equipment which process products containing Celery/Celeriac, Crustaceans, Fish, Milk, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Soya, Gluten, Egg, Lupin, Molluscus, Sesame, Sulphur Dioxide.

Performance Protein Recommended Use: Mix 1 serving (30g) with 300-400ml of water, 2-3 times a day for optimal results. This can be taken alongside a meal or instead of a meal.
