Include Calcium (Bisglycinate buffered 26% Traacs), Apres Flex Boswellia Serrata, UCII - Undenatured Collagen Type II (chicken), Boron Glycinate (Bororganic Glycine) 12% Boron, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) vegetable capsule. Manufactured in a facility that processes celery/celeriac, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, gluten, egg, lupin, molluscs, nuts, sesame, and sulphur dioxide.

Recommended Use: is to take 4 capsules once per day upon waking. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
