Recommended daily dose (1 capsule):
Fish oil triglycerides: 1000 mg of which eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): 180 mg of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): 120 mg

Ingredients:
Fish oil triglycerides (of which eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)), Fish oil (in the form of triglycerides), gelatine capsule (beef gelatine, humectant glycerol, water), antioxidant D-α-tocopherol.

Recommended Use:
Take 1-2 capsules daily. Take with enough water. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules.
