Polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 are essential fatty acids (EFAs), which include eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These are compounds that must be supplied to the body with food or dietary supplements, and fatty sea fish and seafood are considered to be dietary sources of omega-3 acids.

Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is a steroid chemical compound that belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. Thus, the assimilation of the ingredient is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D3 is a substance that is delivered to the body with food (it can be found, among others, in oily sea fish), as well as through skin synthesis. However, it is stored primarily in adipose tissue and the liver.

Vitamin K2, referred to as menaquinone, is a chemical compound classified as a fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin K2 is stored in the human body primarily in the liver. It can be produced by bacteria present in the digestive system, delivered to the body with food (it can be found in both plant and animal products), as well as in the form of dietary supplements.

Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) is a fat-soluble component, which is stored in the human body primarily in adipose tissue and adrenal glands. The nutritional sources of the compound include: vegetable oils, hazelnuts or cereal seed germs.

Ingredients: 
Fish oil, gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water, D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menachinon MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, colour: caramel. May contain: milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended Use: Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water.
