Omega 3 type fatty acids are so-called 'essential fats', which ms our body is not capable of producing them, so we need to ensure the necessary intake from external sources. Their primary source is various kinds of sea fish (cod, tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring, etc.); however, some plant-based foods, such as linseed oil, rape oil, are also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.

Despite the fact that the positive physiological effects of fats rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids are commonly known, we often fail to take in sufficient amounts of such fats. Available in a softgel capsule format, Omega 3 contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) fatty acids, as well as added Vitamin E.
