Ingredients
CREATINE MATRIX [creatine monohydrate], maltodextrin, ARGININE MATRIX [L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-arginine malate], MENTAL OPTIMIZER [taurine, L-tyrosine, inosine], GLUTAMINE MATRIX [L-glutamine], acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), POWER ACCELERATOR [L-citrulline malate], flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), colour (beta-carotene).
Allergen advice: May contain milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
Directions
Dissolve 15g (approximately 2.5 scoops) in 300ml of water using a shaker. Take one serving daily. On training days, take 30 minutes before exercise. On non-training days, take 30 minutes before the main meal.

Storage
Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15–25°C, protected from light and moisture and out of reach of young children. Use within three months of opening. The powder may clump because some ingredients are hygroscopic; this does not affect product quality.
