Ingredients
Glycogen Loader (maltodextrins), Creatine Matrix (tri-creatine malate, creatine ethyl ester), Mental Optimizer (inosine, taurine), Arginine Matrix (L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, di-arginine malate), Glutamine Matrix (N-acetyl L-glutamine, L-glutamine), Power Accelerator (citrulline malate), acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings; sweeteners: sodium saccharinate, sodium cyclamate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Orange flavour contains colours sunset yellow FCF; Tropical flavour contains tartrazine.

Recommended Use
Dissolve one serving of 20g (4 scoops) in 300ml of water in a shaker. Depending on your needs, take 1–2 servings daily. On workout days, take the first serving 30 minutes before training and the second immediately after training. On non-workout days, take the first serving 30 minutes before your first meal and the second 30 minutes before the main meal.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product. Sunset yellow FCF and tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
