Ingredients:
L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (of which L-Arginine), Beta-Alanine, Creatine Citrate (of which Creatine), Citrulline Malate (of which L-citrulline), Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Bitter Orange Extract [fruit] (Citrus aurantium) [10% Synephrine] (of which Synephrine), L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (25%), beta-alanine (19%), creatine citrate (13%), citrulline malate (13%), taurine (8%), L-tyrosine (6%); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); capsule shell [gelatine; colour (iron oxides and hydroxides); bitter orange extract [fruit] (Citrus aurantium) [10% synephrine] (1%). The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended Use:
Take a single serving of the product - 6 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily 30 min. before the workout.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Single intake of beta-alanine in an amount greater than 800 mg can cause tingling and numbness.
