Trec Nutrition NitroBolon Energizer is a multi-ingredient pre-workout powder for strength, speed-strength and endurance athletes. Its formula combines carbohydrates, creatine, BCAAs, glutamine, arginine and citrulline compounds, caffeine, B vitamins and antioxidant nutrients.

Directions
Dissolve 25g (approximately 4 scoops) in 400ml of water. Take one serving daily. On training days, take 30 minutes before training or immediately after training. On non-training days, take 30 minutes before the first or main meal. Do not take before sleep.
Warnings
Contains sugars, sweetener and caffeine (150mg per 25g serving). For adults only. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have cardiovascular disease, are sensitive to caffeine or are allergic to any ingredient. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture and out of reach of young children. Use within three months of opening. The powder may clump because some ingredients are hygroscopic; this does not affect product quality.
