Natural Calm Plus Calcium Recommended Use:
For adults. Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately 1 teaspoon (2.5g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 3 teaspoons (7.5g) daily. For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food.
