N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a stable form of the non-essential amino acid cysteine. It is a sulfur-containing amino acid that acts as a stabilizer for the formation of protein structures, and is also necessary for the formation of glutathione.

Recommended daily dose (1 capsule):
Selenium (elemental) (from 5mg L-Selenomethionine): 25 µg (45% NRV)
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC): 600 mg

Ingredients: Selenium (elemental) (from 5mg L-Selenomethionine), N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and citric acid. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule twice daily.

Warnings: For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat freshness packets enclosed.
