Day Formula, clear capsule: Vitamin complex [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), maltodextrin, niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), riboflavin, thiamin (thiamin mononitrate), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)], guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana) standardised to 22% caffeine, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bitter-orange fruit citrus bioflavonoid extract (Citrus aurantium) standardised to 50% hesperidin, Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng) standardised to 10% ginsenosides, American ginseng root extract (Panax quinquefolius) standardised to 5% ginsenosides, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, choline bitartrate, coenzyme Q10.
Night Formula, black capsule: Mineral complex [magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium lactate, ferrous fumarate, maltodextrin, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, copper citrate, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite], gamma-aminobutyric acid, capsule shell (gelatine, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides), D-aspartic acid, L-tryptophan, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Allergen advice: May contain milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
Directions
Take 1 clear Day Formula capsule with 300ml of water after breakfast. Take 1 black Night Formula capsule with 300ml of water 30 minutes before bedtime. The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules.
Warnings
Contains caffeine (44mg per daily serving). Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or ingredients with a similar effect. For adults only. Not intended for children under 18 or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If taking medication for diabetes or high blood pressure, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15–25°C, protected from light and moisture and out of reach of young children. Use within three months of opening.
