Ingredients
Packet A: D-aspartic acid, L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, Garcinia cambogia fruit extract, L-carnitine L-tartrate, alpha-lipoic acid, L-arginine HCl, whey protein concentrate (milk, soya lecithin), sodium caseinate (milk), L-glutamine, kola/citrus and botanical stimulant ingredients including Citrus aurantium, green tea, guarana and cayenne, vitamin C, multivitamin and mineral ingredients, bovine gelatin capsules, colours and processing aids.
Packet B: L-arginine HCl, echinacea, Panax ginseng, grape seed, acetyl L-carnitine HCl, Avena sativa, bromelain, papain, calendula, lycopene, milk thistle, nettle and ginkgo extracts; beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, creatine anhydrous, creatine pyruvate, taurine, coenzyme Q10, D-ribose and malic acid; fish oil (fish); glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans), chondroitin sulphate and MSM; vitamin C, rose hip and resveratrol; multivitamin and mineral ingredients, bovine gelatin capsules, colours and processing aids.
Allergens: Contains milk, soya, fish and crustaceans. Manufactured in a facility that also processes egg, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, molluscs and sulphur dioxide. Contains gelatin and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Always check the label on the supplied pack because formulations can change.
Directions
Take 2 packets daily in total. Take Packet A in the morning or before training; it contains the stimulant components. Take Packet B, including the fish-oil softgel, after training or in the evening. Swallow the tablets and capsules with water.
Warnings
High caffeine content: 174 mg per daily serving. For adults only. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products or stimulants. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medication, have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
