Calcium hydroxy methylbutyrate (of which hydroxy methylbutyrate (HMB)), calcium hydroxy methylbutyrate 26%, capsule shell (gelatine), glazing agent (shellac), color (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, puts, celery, crustacs, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nut-containing foods.

Recommended Use:
